Caimeo Beach Resort has 6 villas right on the beach.
The Villas have spacious interiors with high ceilings, louvered windows back and front for capturing the sea breezes and air con for those who want to sleep in late in the morning with the block-out curtains drawn. Villa accommodation also includes a breakfast at Black Rock Restaurant.
All bathrooms are western style with hot water and flushing toilets. All villas have a car space and private court area. Management lives on site and there is 24hr security. The restaurant is open every day from 8am to 8pm and the bar may stay open longer by arrangement.

1. Check in times are after 3pm and before 6pm. If you wish to check in outside of these times, please make arrangements with management. Ph 7798 8305.
2. Check out time is before 11.30am.
3. No visitors are allowed. The facilities are for paying guests only.
4. No pets allowed (no matter how small or cute).
5. Caimeo takes VISA card. A 3% surcharge applies.
6. Please inform Management or security if you need to open the gate between 9pm and 7am.
7. NO SMOKING in the Villas or bathrooms.
